Our fondant is a sculptable paste made from sugar and water that can be rolled out and draped over the cake for a smooth look. We use our Italian-made Saracino fondant to give you that beautiful finish. Our cakes are layered with our Italian brand Saracino fondant to give you an elegant look. Underneath our Saracino fondant, the cake will be frosted with my homemade Italian meringue-based frosting which is deliciously buttery with a subtly sweet, and flavorful cake that is light and airy, that gives your cake a delightfully smooth finish.

Our fondant cake toppers are designed uniquely to fit our customers' needs. We hand make figurines out of Saracino modeling paste from Italy.
Simple but delicate banners can be custom made with our personal Cricut machine.
Our very soft but sturdy sugar cookie can be added for a 3D design effect to your cake. Add on price for a 3" cookie.

Q: How do I order a cake?
A: Go to the contact tab, fill out the request form.
Q: Do you offer delivery of baked goods?
A: Yes, we offer delivery we charge a flat fee per mile.
Q: Do you offer allergen free options?
A: Yes, we offer different recipes that don't include the most common egg ingredient. This is often our vegan recipe.
Q: How do your decorated cookies taste?
A: Soft buttery but subtle sweet taste.
Q: What is the minimum order for cookies I can do?
A: Our cookie orders can be made in a minimum of half a dozen cookies. This excludes my flash sales which I only sell two cookies per flash sale box.
Q: Are flowers and/or figurines included in the price?
A: Flowers and figurines are priced individually as an add-on with your order.
Q: Do you offer complimentary tasting samples?
A: We offer to sample only to pre-deposited weddings. Cake testing involves a few different cake flavors.
Q: How are your cakes constructed?
A: My cakes are layer with 4 cake layers and in between is our Italian/ swiss meringue. It can be stacked up 4 layers tall or 8" tall depending on the order.
Q: How long do I have to book my baked goods?
A: 2 weeks minimum for cakes and cookie orders. Weddings cakes would need to be 6- 8 months prior.
Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: Refunds are determined on a case by case basis. Refunds will not be given for any order cancellations.
